What is Taiji(Tai Chi)?
It is a traditional Chinese martial art and has become a
popular form of non-vigorous exercise. Each lesson will begin with Chi qong warm-up, followed by the 8, 16 and 24 form Yang style Taiji. Suitable for all ages.

太極拳是中華傳統武術﹐是非劇烈的健身運動。
每課先做氣功﹐後進行八﹑十六﹑二四楊式
太極練習。太極是先形後意﹐形意同一。先教形﹐ 再授意。
